How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete Through the App

  1. Open the FoodSack app on your device
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the bottom navigation
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Enter your password when prompted
  6. Confirm your decision by tapping "Delete Account"

Option 2: Contact Our Support Team

If you're having trouble deleting your account through the app, our support team is here to help:

  • Send an email to help@foodsack.net
  • Include your registered email address
  • Tell us why you want to delete your account (optional but helpful)
  • We'll process your request within 30 days

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

⚠️ Important: This action cannot be undone!

  • All your personal information will be permanently removed
  • Your order history and saved preferences will be deleted
  • You'll stop receiving notifications from FoodSack
  • Your account will be completely deactivated
  • Your data will be deleted from our servers

Data Retention Policy

Some information may be kept for legal or regulatory purposes, such as:

  • Transaction records required for tax purposes
  • Records needed for legal compliance
  • Data required by financial regulations

This data will only be kept for the minimum time required by law.
