At Food Sack, we strive to provide the best service possible. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This policy outlines our refund procedures.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The business is closed during pickup hours without prior notice
  • The food is not available when you arrive for pickup
  • Technical issues prevent you from completing your order
  • The food received is significantly different from what was advertised

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • You don't like the food after pickup (food rescue bags are surprise bags)
  • You fail to pick up your order during the designated time
  • You change your mind after completing the purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your pickup time. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
